Fantastic people. They're always very sweet and accommodating. They do not blindly follow doctor's orders and instead make sure you get what is best for you. My VA doctor ordered 2 left knee braces instead of a left and right. The people at Allen's made me an appointment so I didn't have to wait while they contacted the VA and got the order fixed. They take their time and make sure things fit properly and are comfortable. I will always go back to them for all my devices
