I have been pleased with the orthodontic care my son is receiving but I have tried multiple times via phone call, text, email, and in person for the staff to fill out a form for me. They keep saying they will, but they haven’t. It’s disappointing because this would be a five star review if it weren’t for that hang up.
I recently had the opportunity to receive braces at Allen Orthodontics, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The process was efficient and well-organized. Natalie was extremely helpful and professional, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Mr. Allen was very informative, approachable, and easy to speak with throughout the visit. currently have braces on from this ortho. staff is always nice and friendly. they're super flexible with my schedule and whenever i have a slight issue with a pokey wire or bracket, they always help me out and fix it. a lot of good band colors too. They have chocolate chip cookies. and a super fancy coffee machine.
I love this place! My daughter got braces here at an affordable price with reasonable payment options. They are fast, friendly, and clean.
