Updated my review to 4 stars because the office did reach out to me as soon as they saw this and solve the problem. I have been pleased with the orthodontic care my son is receiving but I have tried multiple times via phone call, text, email, and in person for the staff to fill out a form for me. They keep saying they will, but they haven’t. It’s disappointing because this would be a five star review if it weren’t for that hang up.

I recently had the opportunity to receive braces at Allen Orthodontics, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The process was efficient and well-organized. Natalie was extremely helpful and professional, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Mr. Allen was very informative, approachable, and easy to speak with throughout the visit.
