I had a horrible anatomy scan visit at this office. It was a rushed 15 minute scan and they claimed they couldn’t locate my babies heart. To pay 450 dollars for a scan is insane. Especially when they did not even try to locate the heart… I do not recommend this OBGYN.
They don’t answer calls and turn on their messaging system to say they are closed and then on the automated message it goes over their open hours and I am calling while they are “open”. Your administration is awful with phones
I was able to make a last minute appointment and they had one available which is a blessing in itself. Upon arriving, the front desk manager was SO KIND! Once I was speaking with the Dr. Lieltle Senay, she was so kind, understanding, trauma informed and extremely thorough. I genuinely felt safe under her care. Dr. T had some opinions on my tattoos, saying, "You're going to regret those when you're older." Mind you, I was a teenager at the time, getting my first checkup, and was nervous. Needless to say, he didn't make the experience better, but the rest of the staff is beyond lovely. Will be switching.
Allen Obgyn is the best! My wife has had amazing experiences with both the Dr. and Staff, Their two NP's are also amazing! 10/10 experience
