I bought a 2009 Yamaha YZF-R6. Mechanically the bike was awesome! Cosmetically it was awesome. They detailed before I took it home and it looked Great! I worked with Diana..Diana is so awesome. I am a vendor and as a job I call multiple businesses every day and most often get yelled at for simply trying to help. I cannot tell you how courteous Allen Motorsports was to me, and I am a vendor. They are the best at what they do.
How do you describe an experience that has no description. I have know the Allens for a while and purchased my first used bike from them. This time I went by there on a social call and they had the bike of my dreams sitting there all alone. A Suzuki M109. I also expected it to be gone by the time i got back there. The most incredible experience with truly wonderful people. Ira and Diana sincerely care about providing the best sales and service. Diana took the time to work with me and explain all my options on financing - straight up front and honest. Ira took the time to teach me (I'm a new rider with no experience), both at the lot and at my home when the bike was delivered, how to handle the bike, beyond what I learned in the MSF class.
