They were incredible people to work with on something that was so emotionally difficult. I think the design I created ended up being a lot more work than they expected, but they did not ask to change the fee and they did very nice work. Tyler in particular there is a great person to work with.
During a very difficult and trying time, Allen monuments provided a personable and professional way to help me decide on the best monument that reflects my dear departed one. Specifically, Tyler helped me with custom design and artwork worthy of the best artisans. Tyler kept the process always moving forward, making sure my goal was the priority.
