450 to 650 isn't bad at all, when it's says includes trash water and sewer on the website does that mean water is included with that price
This neighborhood is trash. They can’t keep a property manager. The owner is out of state and his identity is kept secret so if the property manager doesn’t do their job you have no one to call. The whole thing is trash. Never fix anything and when the owner comes to property once ever 3 months he plays the whole that was an agreement between you and the last company.
