Adam kelly and Carlos were awesome to work with, we came in looking for a truck and purchased a 2022 ram 1500. The process went smoothly
Carl was great to deal with. I met him as I walked in. The deal, to trade-in, to financing was great. Carl also followed up today to ensure everything was good with the vehicle. This is my third Grand Cherokee, and probably the easiest purchase. I had a great finance rate from my Credit Union, they were able to shave another half point off that.
I had an amazing experience working with Adam Kelly at Allen Mello. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the 2022 RAM 1500 and took the time to explain all the features without ever making me feel pressured. Adam was patient with all my questions and made the entire purchasing process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for them!
I don't usually write reviews, but have decided to after the most recent phone call I received from Allen Mello. As a second time customer, I bought my Ram from them a week ago. I had a fine experience when I bought my other ram from them 4 years ago. This time, there were many reasons why I won't return. First, the salesman insisted that it was company policy that he came with me for the test drive, this did not happen before.
