This review is for the service department. They've always been average at best, but I usually prefer getting service at the manufacturer's dealer. A couple years ago, I got an oil change. After I left and got about a mile away, my car started malfunctioning. I was able to get it back to the dealer, and it turned out they didn't put the oil plug back in, and all the oil had dumped out. Another update. It’s Jan 08, 2025. Since Allen mello refused to service me due to my harsh honest review I was forced to find service else where. I just like to thank Allen mello for providing such horrible service and forcing me to look elsewhere, I was able to find an excellent reliable service dealership called 495 Chrysler Jeep Ram in Lowell, MA. Back here again it’s Dec 17th, 2024 and the sensitive director of this store refuses to service my car due to continuing ongoing issues his team is incapable of handling. Let’s start from the very beginning how this happened. I first went to Allen mello because my transmission malfunctioned and needed replacing and my warranty would cover it there.
