Dr. Allen and his NPs are good, but the office staff will make your experience a nightmare. I had a billing issue for over a year. I left countless messages, and my insurance company left many messages on my behalf as well. Nobody calls you back. The front desk staff is rude, passive aggressive, and completely unprofessional. And with all of this going on - I never received a phone call from Dr. Allen to apologize for the miserable experience.
Doctor Allan and all the staff members are awesome.
