Was not kept waiting past my appointment time. In fact, I arrived a bit early, and was immediately taken into the exam room for a routine follow-up visit. The entire office (including the waiting room) is kept very clean and comfortable, as you would expect at a doctor's office. Nurse Practitioner Sarah M was efficient, helpful, listened well and answered my questions. The front-desk staff are attentive and helpful as well, which of course greatly contributes to the first impression a patient receives.
Dr. Allen and his staff are phenomenal!
