After 19 surgeries and procedures on my right eye, it had shrunk significantly and looked like something out of a horror show. I was a very difficult case due to numerous surgeries and a build up of scar tissue. Marie and Heather never gave up though and were able to provide me with an ocular implant. They’re amazing.

I have been coming to this clinic since 1989. I have now had 3 generations of this family create prosthetics for me and I will always travel from wherever I live to see them. I have closer options, but this clinic will forever have my business. Their compassion, extraordinary care, attention to detail and all around kindness is unmatched. This mother daughter team are fantastic. They built my artificial eye and installed it in 2 days. Went out of their way to make sure I was able to return to Vancouver Island on time. I can not say enough about how lucky I was to have them. Thanks again Marie, Heather, their assistant Samira, and Liz, the office administrator.
