I was asked to sign in for lab work and told it would probably be about 15 mins... I contacted my driver (insurance provided transportation) so I wanted to let him know... No one told me I had to wait for 3 other people to sign in for lab work before they'd call me back... Once they finally took me back, they proceeded to take another person ahead of me who had signed in much later than I had... This offended me so I said I was going to just leave because my ride was waiting and I'd been there longer than the other person...... read more
