If I could give ZERO stars that would be too many! I went in for a scheduled C-section on 5/23/05. He was actually late and got mad because my spinal didn’t work and neither did the second one. It wasn’t my fault that he rushed the spinal 2 times because of him being late. I showed up on time. They moved me around with foam wedges and continued the C-section. My birth trauma story happened on 10/23/2019. I wish I could give 0 stars. Dr. Walker came into caring for me at the very end of my pregnancy. He was called in to do a c-section because I was displaying signs of preeclampsia. My OB (Dr. LisaMarie Phifer) thought she was putting me in capable hands and her instructions would be followed…. Knowledgeable and listens. Actually fixes this issues, quickly and efficiently. Staff is always nice and respectful. Everyone is so amazing here.
My experience with surgery and hospital stay was exceptional, very nice and attentive to my needs I cannot say the same for coming home from surgery and recovery. They did not handle my pain management very well and made me feel like I was drug seeking so I would not read them very high at all. They definitely get a one star further bedside manner.
Definitely the best OB/GYN in the tri-state
