Removed a car from my policy and then added a new car. Checked a week later and the car was not on the policy. Called again and they could not find the car. At the end of the day they said they found it and added it to the policy.........but again the wrong policy. Finally they said they had it correct but the next day it was still not on my policy. At that point i had enough and moved to a different office.
