Charlatan! Had this guy put a furnace in my house on new years eve,first off said he would stop by to give me a price to fix furnace, next thing I know some other guy shows up, tells me furnace can't be fixed and must be replaced.Later that day Alan shows up and he gave me a price for a two stage furnace.
