Georgianna was one of the rudest and most uneducated insurance agents I’ve ever had to deal with I was trying to transfer a policy over from another company and she told me it is illegal to do that that I would have to bring all my policies over in order to have any insurance with them.

Worst insurance agent ever! He claimed he was doing everything he could when I made a claim and then I found out from the insurance company that he had done nothing. I have paid on my policy for 5 years and I have finally made my first claim because of theft and I was denied everything because "my agent" didn't update my address information. Avoid this agency like the plague.
