I had a very poor experience with this company. After the service was delivered, I was unexpectedly charged thousands more with no clear explanation, and the sales representative, Mitz( better avoid services if she is the person incharge), was unable to justify the additional costs. The project was also not completed within the agreed timeframe, and overall communication and customer service were extremely lacking. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend thinking twice before signing a contract with this company.
Was told this company only hires shipping jobs through brokers. Image making a policy at your comp where you always pay the highest price for shipping to the lowest bid shipper. That's something said when a guy's getting a 10% kickback under the table. The worst possible thing for any company is a broker at a million dollar company and that's what this company prefers. You pay them high they find cheap labor.That's what moves this company the lowest bidder from a broker company. Sad
