We had someone accidentally hijack our zoom stream so the speakers weren’t displayed the whole time during the live service. Allen Hall went above and beyond to fix it for us. Incredible service and so revenant and kind!

Very unimpressed by their uncaring attitude and lack of profassionalism . When I came there was no offer of condolence only a demand for payment of services for which I was given zero say. My wife passed and my family bypassed me and set everything up with the mortuary. I was not consulted at all but they practically forcéd me to pay for everything. How unprofessional. Allen Hall Mortuary handled everything for my parents, plus some other extended relatives. They were always on the ball, very knowledgeable and did whatever they could to help is in some very stressful situations. They were always willing to personalize the experience for both the deceased and the family. Highly recommended.
