Everyone here has been absolutely wonderful, warm, and helpful. You could not ask for a better experience for your loved ones. They do what they say they will do, are timely, and most importantly they care genuinely.

Tyler assisted us in planning services for our sweet baby girl. A very challenging time that they helped us navigate with care. They did our baby girl's services with no service charge. We paid for her casket is all, they provided us with a beautiful room for her viewing, transferred her via hearse. They had her obituary up immediately and included a tribute video for her the same hour that I finished it. They also provided us with a USB and DVD containing her tribute video at no charge. Allen mortuary took care of my grandma and her services when she passed. Their team was kind, caring, considerate and helpful during the process and the funeral was very lovely. However, it’s been 7 months since she passed and they still haven’t put her tombstone in. The tombstone was pre paid and designed before she passed and it’s been very disappointing to visit a piece of paper at the cemetery. My husband and I have loved working with the staff at Allen Hall Mortuary!! When we decided to make our funeral arrangement plans a couple of years ago, we had no idea they would be needed so soon, as my husband passed away after a short, and unexpected, terminal illness!
