We were notified just after the first of the year that toner for our reel-to-reel printer would no longer be made available. This, after ADG knew in advance that our printer would be "obsoleted". Additionally, we purchased fusers, belts, drums for the printer in November totaling over $5,000.00. Even though the printer is useless without the toners, they refuse to provide an RMA for a return of the additional items that will never be opened.
