I attended a funeral for a family today and the woman working for Allens rushed the entire family thru every step. She was rude and told us we needed to move on several times. When her own brother asked to spend one extra minute at the end she said no and treated him terribly. I was mortified. What a horrible person. I see now why several churches refuse to work with Allens. Stay away.
