I reached out to this company to fix a foundation issue back in early/mid September, which I was told by a Structural Engineer was a simple/easy fix. I had to contact them a couple times before they responded. I finally got an appt setup through Greg for Tom to come out on 10/1. He came out and was really nice. He looked at what needed done, and I also talked to him about other things I wanted done and would be interested in getting a quote for. He took notes and said he'd also see about getting his mortar guy out to assess.... read more

It would be nice if they would actually call me back. I've had one conversation and they said they would get back to me later that same day. That was 3 weeks ago, still waiting...
