Dave was honestly the best landlord I've had in 40 years of living. He's a friendly guy who really cares about his tenants. Whenever I needed something, he was extremely responsive. I rented from Dave for seven years, and only left because I purchased my own house. I highly recommend AFP if you are looking to rent in the Carlisle area!!
Dave was a great landlord -- house was clean when I moved in and all requests were promptly attended to. I've since moved away from PA but would not hesitate to use Allen & Fleming again.

A&F are very attentive landlords. If there was ever a problem, it was fixed immediately and there was always a follow up text or call to ensure everything was ok. I would highly recommend one of their rental properties for the quality of service and charm of the buildings!
