Filled out an online contact questionnaire to get coverage quote for my business over 10 days ago with no response. Went back to site this morning did a live chat explained that nobody bothered to contact me, my name and number was taken with a promise that a Mr Pallante would call me shortly that was 5 plus hours ago so I went back to chat and a Judy Peterson responded that she was forwarding to Mr Pallante then no longer responded to chat.
