Cozy and caring
As a woman with special needs who uses a wheelchair for mobility, I find the Allen’s are exceptional in listening to me and my needs. I have never met two better doctors who absolutely care about their patience. I find that when the doctors don’t have the answers they have a good idea in which direction to send you for help. Dr Tim has helped me get off of narcotics that I have been taking continuously for more than 30 years. I am absolutely grateful to him for helping me through those dark times. Very unkind, rude, rigid doctors. A mom in a wheelchair with an eloping child refused to return due to missing initial appointment since her children were hospitalized the day of the appointment. Mom offered documentation, pay a fee but just very rigid and snobby practice. The husband/co-owner overhead the manager talking to me and came out to personally admonish, gang up on me.
