So frustrated with this clinic. One family member recently had a really bad experience with the nurse practitioner. Both of my children saw nurse practitioner for skin concerns, and she referred both to dermatology. Dermatology laughed at once case which involved athlete’s foot that this office tried to treat with Diflucan instead of a topical prescription cream. The current front staff is not friendly ,puts you on hold on the phone for more than 10 mins .Has no value for other people’s time ..No provision to leave a VM and call back .This is a usual practice.She says she is alone and busy but whenever I have gone to the office there is just me or 1 or 2 other person
