Upon first visit to Allen, family dental, such a clean, clean atmosphere , they were all women !!! You go Sisterhood .They all have wonderful energy, personality and patience, and I will continue to refer to my friends and family members. You actually are relaxed getting your teeth done. I'm so Happy to say that i am back with Dr. Allen. Unfortunately, I had to leave because of a change of insurance, but I'm back and I've always been so pleased with the integer there. Dr. Allen and her hygienist are caring and kind and want you to leave happy. Stephanie, another hygienist, is excellent and always a pleasure to see. This is a woman owned and woman run business that I trust and am happy to go to. They have been through a lot with me, always work with me, and care about my experience.
I would NOT recommend going here. Everything seems shady and very unorganized. The billing department and the office DO NOT communicate well. They sent a bill of mine (that I have evidence of being in communication with them about) to collections and put it under my mom affecting HER credit score even though I’m an adult. The visit was from 2021 and the office itself, before sending me to collections, called me less than three times about it and each time couldn’t give me a direct answer about the dates in question.
