meh. i feel like this place could do a lot better. 1. doctor bourque missed a test that, from my research, is expected to be a part of eye exams. we created lenses that didnt work for me as a result and i had to redo the WHOLE process again 2. even the lenses one day they told me to come in, just for me to be told they weren't ready. what am i going in for then? 3. i dislike the 'force down an appointment' vibe. miss me with that tbh

The building was very nice, well maintained, and clean. The staff were incredible! From the optometrist I saw, Dr. Blue, to the staff at the front desk, to the staff that helped me throughout my appointment, the service was incredible. I will most definitely be back!

* Poor Office Management * The doctors are fine, but the real issue is the customer service and back‑office management. Dr. Wimbush is top notch, I would say this was top 5 customer service that I have received in 10 years. The whole staff is amazing and the facility is 1st class.
