I like to thank Juan and Brandon for their professionalism and care in a sad and difficult time. My beautiful 90-year old mom passed of natural causes at our home. Juan and Brandon spoke in gentle voices as they carried on getting my mom ready to take. They didn't just drive off after getting her ready on the gurney, Juan came over to me and asked if my family would like to spend some time with her. The viewing went smoothly as well. He helped and handled everything with care, making the process as smooth as possible for our family. His kindness and attention to detail truly brought us comfort. We are so grateful for their exceptional service!!!! I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need.
They leave the garage door open when they do the embalming process on the bodies in which everyone is able to see and smell the bodies of the people that have died. This is disrespectful to any families who do not want their loved ones to be seen in such a manner or way and this is an inconvenience for any people that do not wish to see or smell someone who has died.
