Dr Xu provided good treatment, but my experience with the billing department has been very frustrating. After my insurance claim was finalized, I was due a refund of over $300 because I had been overcharged before treatment. It has been weeks, and despite multiple follow-ups, I still have not received the refund. While the medical care was satisfactory, the refund process has been unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming.
Excellent experience! I was referred here by my dentist, and I am so glad they did. The service and welcoming from Noraima and Dr. Xu were absolutely amazing. They are highly professional, and from now on, this will be my go-to endodontist specialist!
