Everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful. The service was fast and the electricians were knowledgeable.
Prompt and efficient service for the Generac. Generator. For 30 minutes work, however, felt overcharged.
We had issues with an electrical short after a power outage. LG&E came out and said there was a problem with the wiring to our main breaker, the meter itself was fine. We called Allen Electric the first thing the next morning, and luckily they were able to send someone out quickly. Matthew was very helpful and respectful, and he gave us very straightforward information. He stated he thought the meter was bad after all, but he quoted us a price for replacing all the wiring anyway just in case. He suggested we call LG&E again ... read more
Prompt and Professional. Allen Electric replaced all the smoke detectors in the house and heat sensor in the garage. Excellent work. Highly recommend.
The electricians were on time, very nice and efficient. I felt the job was overpriced but that is the company's fault no the techs. Next time I will probably price shop.
