#1 all-time experience with someone in the trades! We had a Cat-6 line run from modem on 1st floor to basement on other side of house to set up a home office. My main concern was aesthetics. Nate was our tech on both visits (estimate and job). He was both professional and friendly. He took the time to explore several different avenues to run the wiring. Had plumbing and electrical issues at the same time. These guys showed up before the plumbers. I explained the issues happened at the same time and they confirmed the sump pump was causing the breaker to trip. $263 for them to tell me to call the plumber. I am not opposed to paying someone for their service but this was not an after hours/weekend call and they quite literally turned the breaker back on, plugged in the sump pump, saw it went out, and left. I had Allen Electric set up my house to be able to hook my portable generator to the panel to power our house when the power goes out. Matt was the electrician and his team mate did a excellent job. They were punctual and very courteous. They demonstrated how to hook the generator to the system. This is the second time we've had Allen do Electric work done and I'll continue using them for future problems. I strongly recommend Allen Electric..
I just had my Generator installed. I am really very happy and satisfied with the whole crew. I worked with David. Very accurate, professional and always on time and willing to help and give advice. The whole crew was working together in a very nice well organized way. My Generator needed extra work. They finished the work in a very organized way. I recommend Allen Electric to anyone and in any job small or big. I give them a five.
