We recently had a home built with Allen Edwin Homes and it was a delight. Our sales associate Joe, helped us choose the right lot for our new home and communicated weekly with updates all through the construction. We were so pleased with the craftsmanship and the quality of the finishes. We’ve built a few homes on our own so having someone help us navigate the process from start to finish was so helpful. We’re moving in today! Thanks for a fresh start in a beautiful new home!!
Joe Dunlap was a great Sales Counselor. He helped me through the process of the building of my new home. He was always available if I had questions and shared videos when he stopped at the house to show the progress the building team was making. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home.
We moved states and needed a home before the school year started. We really wanted a new home and found Allen Edwin Homes starting a new neighborhood right in the area we wanted to be. The process of choosing a home and all the finishes was surprisingly simple. It was a cookie cutter type neighborhood so sadly to us, there wasn't much customization but there were a lot of finishing options so we still could make the home our own.
