We just recently moved into an Allen Edwin home. We worked with Jeff Wallenstein. He was amazing! He was always available when I had questions and I had a lot of questions. He kept us updated throughout the building process. Unfortunately, now that we have moved into the home we have spent a ton of money installing a backyard that floods every time it rains. We have brought this to Allen Edwins attention and they just tell us the grading is as designed and to contact a landscaper. I guess to correct the grading that is done ... read more
