These homes are very cheaply built. I will say the majority of the issues we've had have been somewhat fixed. We've been having issues with our front door for months now. They've sent people out 4 different times and even replaced the door and still have issues. After setting aside 20 hours of my time now to get this fixed I've gotten quotes from local companies anywhere from $6k-10k and all Allen Edwin is willing to do is give me $1,400 toward a new door if I wanted to do it myself because that's "what they pay". Process was quick and easy. Kelly was great to work with.
We had a wonderful experience building with Allen Edwin. As first time home buyers and builders, this process was smooth and easy. Also, it was completed sooner than expected, which was a huge surprise! Customer service has been very responsive after move in and our project manager, Andrew, has also gone above and beyond throughout the entire process to make sure everything is taken care of. We custom built our home and the process was straight forward, easy, and exciting. Nick Jansen our project manager was great and the design studio team was very helpful and transparent.
