We bought a finished home so didn't go through the build or design process. The build is pretty typical for a new build these days, but the customer service through the entire process was excellent. We're in Northern Indiana and worked with Adam and Brent mostly and both seemed like they'd go to bat for us if needed. We also had a realtor with us at every step so not sure if thay had anything to so with it. Overall, great experience.
