For three long years I stuck up to my former repair people to fix my two sub-zeros. But somehow, I felt that there was always something lacking in what they were doing. My sub-zeros were not working perfectly especially when it came to maintaining the right temperature. Phoned them to ask about routine service on a "through-the-wall" newer Air Conditioner. Rude lady said they dont do those and hung up on me. Rude. Rude. Rude.
over the 4th weekend our fridge wouldnt cool sufficiently so called around to try to find a repair store that would have a tech available to come out on the 5th and the only repair store that could send a tech out and had resonable priced estimate was Allen Edward. The tech found the problem and fixed it right away saving us money on our food spoiling. Thanks alot.
