Dr. Austin has provided my eyes the best care and treatment I have been waiting for several years. I have Severe Dry Eyes disease due to Lupus, an immune disorder. My Lupus is stable; however, my eyes continued to be dry, red, irritated, have frequent abrasions, fatigued as well as frequent eye infections. After performing in-office scans, treatment began with the use of intense light therapy, in office treatment and medications. The whole experience is unbelievable. Results are great. Dr. Austin and his staff were amazing! He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. At first, I was nervous about getting the IPL procedure, but Dr. Austin took into consideration my sensitive skin and was very considerate and kind. The process was pain-free! I went to many doctors before him, and they kept referring me to different places. Dr. Austin finally found a solution for my MGD and made me feel certain that I have found the right doctor to help me through this process! Thank you, Dr. Austin!
