We were left a MESS! Some of my family’s clothes are ruined due to Allen’s drain services. They snaked our basement floor drain. Keep in mind the basement was bone dry before the technician arrived. Water was going everywhere, and come to find out the pipe collapsed. It happens. The problem is the technician left and did not offer or try to clean up the mess. It gets even worse.
