This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had as a truck driver. When I arrived to check in, I greeted the employee twice, but she did not respond. Instead, she immediately asked for my bill and phone number. While I was providing my phone number, she suddenly accused me of being disrespectful and said, "I don't need you to be an ass." A really great place to go. If you're there online they give you a door load your truck and probably give you your paperwork, And you're back on the road. Simply no nonsense about it!
