Tried to deliver load was a scheduling problem with this customer lady was rude told me it's not their problem they won't take the load. Went to three buildings very frustrating

the other day I had a preloaded trailer to get at building 17. helpful security guard. building 17 a very nice professional cleancut Spanish (maybe Italian) worker told me where to drop empty & where my hook was. Young, slim, glasses ... Upon entering for paperwork? I almost vomited at the sight and smell through the small opening from the clerk (older, glasses, white, heavy set). I arrived at 8:30am for my 9am del appt but the lady at the guard shack told me my appt was for Monday (5 days away). I called shipping office and apparently they used wrong PO number and my appt was actually for today. She asked me to back into door 43 which was basically impossible with the dropped trailers across the docks and the big ass boulder on the grass. Apparently the driver before me couldn’t fit it in that door either so she gave both of us an easier dock to back into. I got 39 and he got 38. We were both empty i... read more

Ignore sign “Trucks next entrance”. You are going to find only sleeping ppl there blocking whole entrance. Because of then I was late for my delivery. After I found out they are all sleeping I drove opposite direction just to get out of there… Don't let nice ladies at the booth fool you. This is not check in yet, even though they ask all informations, ask your phone number & ask for papers, then write down something there.
