Nice guy at check in office they will load you according to your appointment so don't show up too early
My appointment 12 pm and I’m here 11 am backing on door 11.20 am almost 3 wait, I call the broker 2 times now time 2.30 pm They are just Loading start now maybe 1 hour more waiting . Too slow ignore This place.

I've loaded here a few times. It's usually about 2 hours to get loaded. People have always been friendly. The 4 stars is because of the space to maneuver. It can be pretty snug in there at times.
