Extremely slow staff. Only one window to check in and 2nd window watch you to make sure window 1 doing what it supposed to be done. 3 to 6 hours or more are normal here to wait and you must check with them since they don't tell you often if it's done or issue with the load and you have to bug them. Cost cutting company where docks are more than 300 and 1 window to handle the load. Long trucks line for in and out checking since the same person on the window go put to seal the load. Gave me dock 7 hour early and loaded fast. Very good thank
Showed up at 7am for my pick up be careful a lot of trucker just park where ever and block all the docks be just park in the actual parking on right side and then go check in you’ll be blocking trucks that have a door already or others that are trying to get out other then that I was out within the hour
There’s only my truck to pick up load. 5 hours waithng
