Friendly staff, knowledgeable & helpful. Office is run pretty smoothly, courteous staff and professional. All finances process & treatment explained throughly. No long waits for appointment. Professionalism at it s best!Each person I came in contact with was patient, professional, and very thorough. Dr. Allen was awesome! I overcame my fears after his explanation about the procedure. The availabilty of appointments is great. No excessively long wait period before being seen when you arrive. I would highly recommend Dr. Allen to anyone in need of Orthodontics.
Dr. Allen is great very personable. The staff are all friendly and professional. I never have to wait long to be seen.

Fabuloso! Dr. Allen knows what he is doing and makes sure his staff does as well. The most pleasing aspects of the office are the friendliness of the staff, their ability to meet appointments on time (they dont have you wait one hour for an appointment you made for 15 mins. when they say 15 mins. they means 15 mins., and the appearance of the office overall.
