This place should be ashamed of themselves. They take advantage of people while they are grieving and overcharge them. Thankfully we thought to look around and found a different business for my grandmothers' cremation. This place tried to hold my grandmothers body hostage and stated they would not allow her to be transported until we paid $700 for "refrigeration fees". Do not let this place take advantage of you! My sister and I really appreciated working with Caitlin at Allen and Dahl. She took good care of us and our mother, and she was extremely thoughtful and helpful during this difficult process.
