My old tankless unit quit working and the team at ACP scheduled me quickly and Joe installed a AO Smith 199,000Btu unit with the X3 cartridge so it never has to be flushed again annually.

Wow, what a scam. Allen Curry is part of a program with "Teco" to offer a "Free Water Heater". Thank god, in my due diligence I demanded a written scope of work. Our original plumbers had us all set - but were not "part of the deal" as they do not participate in the "Free" (meaning, tax payer funded) hot water heater system. The "Description of work" was seriously "Chuck Deal" (see image). They wanted to do thousands of dollars of other un-needed work (verified by other Teco and Ocala professionals).
