Well where do we begin, the public/private partnership of roadways is so corrupt and in the pockets of the private side of the agreement. Jobs get dragged out much longer than they should to try and squeeze more money out of the state for the Allen Co, the quality is always at the bare minimum. Poor use of government contract and even worse use of 13.5M …what should’ve been a 3 month repave turned into a an 8 month poop show. No joke it literally took from March to October to complete the roads. Their contractural incompetence lead to dangerous merges resulting in numerous wrecks. Not to mention fatalities from results of continuous ongoing construction. The paving job is also horrendous and the road still looks like crap.

This company is a joke. The decision makers should be fired. They have created dangerous road conditions for drivers up and down I75 in Richmond Ky. Its incredible that we, as a community, have allowed this project to continue under their supervision. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
