Not a psychologist, but my best guess is he has a god-complex. Before staff would schedule an appointment for me, they told me the doctor required that I re-take two tests I had done in the previous weeks. They did not have my records. He did not want my records or the results of those tests, just wanted me to re-take because he said so. Not sure what is going on, but pretty sure he has more issues than Reader's Digest.
