Tyler was very unprofessional and had an attitude when I spoke to him on the phone days after my request to their email that no one ever got back to me on I can get better customer service elsewhere it sounded like they did not want my business don't use them

Wonderful experience. My wife went in and picked out a carpet. By the end of the week we had our carpet in. They were accommodating, quick, clean and exact. We were so happy with the quality of the carpet and the installation.
