I was referred to Dennis at Allen Carpet in Yonkers, NY by a friend who was helping me during a very stressful move into a new apartment. The new apartment desperately needed new carpeting in the bedroom before I could move in. I got the OK from the landlord to pick out new ones. From my initial call to Allen Carpet, Dennis was so helpful, assertive and knowledgeable. Denis and Eddie are excellent to work with! They provide great customer service and will support you as best as they can! Our new floors look great and they helped us with the entire process of picking out flooring to installation! We are grateful for their feedback, time, and commitment to helping us!
It's been almost a year since we had gotten our new kitchen floor. Still looks great and feels comfortable as the day it was installed. Dennis was super helpful, and I loved that we were able to rent samples to take home to see it in our space before buying. Highly recommend.
