Dr. Lam is excellent. He spent considerable time with me, listening to my issue, diagnosing and then showing me on a chart, the effects of my inner ear problem. Dr. Lam has a compassionate and caring, not just clinical manner. When feeling poorly, his caring demeanor as well as a helpful diagnosis goes a long way to helping my recovery.
Dr. Lam was very good at explaining my hearing test results. He did not recommend I get a hearing device because my hearing loss is at a range where I would need a device only in exceptional circumstances. I think that if I went to an audiology practice that was in the business of selling hearing devices, I might not have gotten as honest an evaluation.
Dr. Lam is excellent. Met with him as a first-time patient and it was obvious that he took the time to review my (rather long) health history beforehand. I found him to be very thorough and knowledgeable.
Dr. Lam saw my 6 year old son and he did an amazing job. He listened to my concerns, my son's medical history and asked my son questions to clarify in a way a 6 year old could understand. Dr. Lam had to check my son's adenoids with a camera by sticking it up his nose. After all the covid tests, my son hates having things stuck up his nose. Dr. Lam did a good job working with my son to get him to complete the test without issue. Thank you for the great visit and the diagnosis for my son.
