I should have gotten the name of the person that I just spoke to. All I know is the extension is 1010. She was the rudest person that I have talked to in recent times, and she definitely should not be in customer service. I was calling to pay for an order via credit card. She asked me who sent me the email requesting payment. I wasn't prepared for that question so I said "Oh, I didn't know you were going to ask me that."
