Excellent work at a fair price Allen Automotive has worked on all of our vehicles at one time or another and the rate is more than fair. I will continue to use their services. Friendly,courteous and honest. I can't say enough positive things about them.
Buyer Beware! Allen Automotive caused damage to our car due to an improper repair done at their facility. They refused to reimburse us the money we were out of pocket in order to get our car fixed due to their shoddy work. We had to take them to small claims court in order to get reimbursed. Allen Automotive has terrible customer service in a situation like this. They are a very unprofessional group of people. We will not bring any of our cars there in the future.
