Would never work with this company. One of their trucks just tailgated me through a residential area, past a park with children playing, honking their horn, driving aggressively and swerving into oncoming traffic. Unbelievable, especially while driving a company branded vehicle. Shameful.

Hands down one the best pool guys out there, and goes out of his way to making sure you're not spending money you do not need to by fixing what you already have, or finding a solid alternative, and even was able to find me quality pre-owned unit. When came to getting a new heater and filtration system Chris knew exactly where to get me the best price. Best part, you need him, he's there for you, even on holidays!!!

My heater broke on the day of my daughter's swim birthday party. I called another company who said they would have to replace the heater and would take a week to get the new heater and install. I called Allen Aquatics, the owner came out that morning, had the parts to repair it that morning and saved the my teen's first swim party. We've now switched our service to Allen Aquatics and refer this company to everone we know. Also helping a Navy vet is a great way to show appreciation to those who serve our country.
