Placed an order on April 23, 2020. Have called, and emailed this company several times, and have yet to receive a response. They take your money, then don't provide any order updates, nor provide a means of contacting them. Very poor customer service.
I had used maple before for a repair job on one of two fridges (did good work) and the repairman commented that our other fridge, a sub zero, was his real specialty and if it ever needed work, he was the guy. I called for him later and he was out recuperating for an extended period but they said they had another sub zero guy 'just as good'. that other guy reconditioned our built-in sub zero for $1300...but broke one screw foot for adjusting level in order to get it out, hacksawed off the other screw foot, then reinstalled it... read more
