The absolute lowest score available. I drove from Stephens City with my disabled husband TWICE for an appointment with Mr Allen to write our wills. Both times he stood us up. I work in Woodstock and adore this small town. I would be ashamed to treat local clients this way. No phone calls to say he was unavailable until 11:00 (our appointment was at 9:30). No wonder he is not a member of the chamber of commerce. Please warn your friends, if you cannot depend on this man to keep a scheduled appointment, what good is he?
I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Allen and Stephanie. They treated me like family and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for your hard work!
Our waitress was super! Service with a smile for sure. She was very sweet. Getting our meal out of the kitchen was another story. It took forever!! To top it off, my husband and I got our meal way before our grandsons chicken tenders came out of the kitchen. Everyone knows a kids meal is a priority at a table. Was not a fun meal at all.
