After two years of being a reliable tenant—always paying $650 on time and never requesting maintenance—I’m beyond furious to be hit with a $1,185 bill for so-called damages when I moved out. Let me start with the apartments aren’t horrible. They are in a really nice quiet area. The place will try everything to get every last penny out of you. Do not trust this property management company. Kerri Williams has gone out of her way to activity try to bend the lease to the companies advantage.
